FORMA Fly is a dynamic, low-impact reformer class using the jumpboard to build cardiovascular fitness, strength and coordination.

Expect rhythmic jumping sequences combined with classic reformer exercises to strengthen your legs, glutes and core, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling energised and empowered.

The jumpboard is designed to offer a more supported, joint-friendly alternative to traditional high-impact exercise, while still delivering an effective cardio challenge. Clear instruction and spring settings are tailored to the level of the class, with options provided throughout.

Perfect if you want to:

• Improve cardio fitness with supported, controlled jumping

• Build strong glutes, legs and core

• Boost bone health and circulation

• Feel uplifted, sweaty and strong

Suitable for clients already attending Flow classes.

Not recommended for beginners or those with acute foot, ankle, knee or hip injuries. If unsure, please speak to your instructor before booking.
